ADC has a new and improved patient portal!

What's happening

The MyADC portal has been retired as of June 25, 2019. It has been replaced by a more modern and interactive portal called Health Portal, expected to be operational as of Tuesday, June 25, 2019. For a brief video explaining the features of the new portal, please click here.
